Octo Typeface
As part of a university project, I designed Octo, a custom typeface inspired by the geometric structure of the octagon. The typeface balances precision and versatility, making it suitable for both display and functional typography. To bring Octo to life, I created a series of Instagram assets, showcasing its adaptability across digital platforms, as well as a moving image piece that highlights the dynamic nature of the display version. This project allowed me to refine my skills in type design, motion graphics, and brand storytelling, ensuring the typeface was both visually compelling and engaging for contemporary audiences.
